What happened when three practices let the AI drive

Three independent dental practices switched Self-Driving Practice into Full Self-Driving and let it run the front office: answering calls, filling open chair time, verifying benefits, and collecting payment. Here is what it produced, measured against what each practice pays.

Measured from each practice's activation date through October 7, 2026. Practices de-identified at their request.

Value delivered for every dollar the three practices paid in subscription over the measured period.

$101,709 delivered on $7,838 of subscription cost. Net gain of $93,871 across 131 combined days of autonomy.

What each practice got

Returns vary with practice size, how many modules are switched on, and how long the system has been running. All three are shown, including the one that activated two weeks ago.

Where the value came from

Every dollar traces back to something an agent actually did: a gap it filled, a call it answered and booked, a balance it collected.

How this was measured

  1. The window. Each practice is measured from the day it switched on Full Self-Driving through October 7, 2026. The windows run from 14 to 69 days, so the practices live longest have had the most time to accumulate value.
  2. Value delivered. Production recovered from filled chair time, revenue from appointments the Voice AI handled and booked, and patient payments collected. Nothing is modeled or projected.
  3. Cost. Each practice's actual subscription for the same period, prorated by the day. Setup fees, promotional discounts, and bill credits are not netted out.
  4. Return. Value delivered divided by subscription cost, calculated across the three practices combined rather than averaged. Individual returns ran from 4.7x to 20.2x.
  5. Chair fill rate. The 30 days before activation compared against the most recent 7 days. Two of the three improved.
